Wow, so many of my friends have birthdays today. o~o

I don't really know if anyone cares about these like I do, but I really, really appreciate it when people react to my content.

It's just the fact that, somewhere, out there in the vast world, someone read whatever I had to say and enjoyed it. The fact that I can make you laugh, or think, or feel anything from this far away, it's awesome.

Eye examination today. For those of you who don't know, I wear glasses, which comes with the lovely bonus of getting them checked every year or so. :v

And getting them checked comes with the lovely bonus of getting eyedrops that dilate my eyes to the point that I can't read anything. Like, I'm already nearsighted, so not being able to focus on text that's close to me makes me pretty much blind. >:v

First weekend in Korea. What should I do with it?

Well, aside from catching up on sleep, doing laundry, cleaning my room, taking a really long shower, and catching up on some more sleep. x3

Soldier in my platoon tried to do a bike jump today. Broken collarbone.

So, today was the birthday of one of the soldiers in my unit. She was supposed to have the day off, but the higher-ups messed up the schedule and she ended up having to work today. Everyone felt really bad, so after work we went to one of those concession stands, which were handing out chocolate bars. The sign said "take one", so we all lined up and took one, then gave them all to her. She got something like 30 chocolate bars.
