    What title (like cupcake, pony, phoenix) do I need to change the title name? I though it was mentuoned in one of the help files, but it seems like they are gone.

      To the best of my knowledge only staff and subscribers can change that. Also that feature has yet to be fully reimplemented in the new forum update, so only admins can change people's titles right now.
