    All in all I'd say Xbox had a strong showing. Second half of the conference was more impressive than the first; a little disappointed that we didn't get to see a new Halo 5 trailer, but the Master Chief collection looks sick, and the slew of independently developed games coming to it looks quite promising.

      I imagine that PS4's conference is going to be very similar; lots of new titles, but not so much any that the public's been particularly looking forward to save for a handful (though all of E3 will lose its head if anything concerning Last Guardian is announced, whether it's cancelled or confirmed), and some AAA titles that are coming in 2015. That's what happens in a transition year.
