    We've had a couple of BIG thunderstorms over the last couple of days. Yesterday, we had one that only lasted for about 25 minutes, but it brought 90-95 kilometre winds. The day before, we had TWO thunderstorms in one day. Right now, it's EXTREMELY humid and my dad told me there's gonna be a BIG one coming late this evening. Honestly, I was planning to go to Parklea and see if the local diecast shop (that's ONLY open on weekends) has any Subaru WRX diecasts available.

     

    I remember what happened last time. We were JUST coming back from Parklea and we got caught in one of THE worst hail-storms we've ever had in our area. This is a recipe for disaster. According to the Weather Bureau, there's a hurricane blowing through Queensland and it will continue to do so until Monday. After that, it's gonna bring TWO big tropical storms. Where are these storms headed? we don't know, but I believe one of those storms WILL be heading to New South Wales :o 

     

    They say there's gonna be a hail-storm and it will bring hail-stones about the size of a small 5 cent piece. If this is gonna be a repeat of last time, I'd rather stay in-doors :sealed:

      Weather has been absolutely horrible in Victoria as well. We've had storms for the last few days and now it decides to become warm. I guess it's summer and all, but jeez.

      Up here on my part of the US, we tend to get more hailstorms than the rest of the country. We sometimes get really bad ones, bad enough that pretty much every car parked outside has a bunch of dents. My roof has been damaged more than once, and on multiple occasions there has been so much hail in the yard that it looked like fresh snow.
