Yeah.. that's one of the symptoms - leading to some headache. My throat also doesn't do well- and I also cough from time to time. Everything by little-- so far. Inb4 I'll wake up with a fever tomorrow.  Nah, it seems to be getting better actually. 

NyQuil usually helps me with those symptoms.  (The tablets, not the gelcaps, for some reason.)

I don't tend to take any medicines, unless it's absolutely necessary (for example to take fever down). Usually everything fixes itself after some time, regardless if I take things or not.
