Uh.. there was a chance, that things could get better at work. For about 2 weeks I had different tasks - tasks, where my work was actually appreciated. There's nothing more motivating than hearing true "Thank you".  Also I really liked working with girls (comparing to males, that tend to be edgy and stuff).  The job started to be somewhat enjoyable and along with that I was going to get a raise. - A raise because that position is simply 'worth more', if I could phrase it that way.

After some 'meetings' it turned out they offered me much less than what other workers are getting paid there. I've talked with few people and they told me to not be so easy. Even though the new position would be way better... I refused. I refused hoping, that they'll reconsider this and treat me as the others, equally, or at least slightly worse, but not with such a gap like they offered. For a long time I was the 'cheaper' worker there, so I decided it was enough of this and did... science. 

And... seems like nothing happened. Well, apparently I don't deserve anything nice, but on the other hoof, everything remains the same, so I suppose it'll be better to forget, that there was any occasion. 

I hate choices, because I'm terrible at making them.
