Yeah, sure, but that might cause trouble back in the EG world, and he might get confused with the pony Flash Sentry. Yeah, the songs in this movie sometimes could even outshine what's happening on screen. And anything Derpy does is awesome and cute, I'll second you on that one. Oh yes, seeing more Starlight development would line up perfectly with Sunset's development in Legend Of Everfree, but now I'm also interested to see how she'll do in command. I mean, when we aren't looking at her bad intentions and just look at how she was doing in the S5 Premiere, Starlight made a damn good leader, I'd love to see her leading skills applied as a force for good.

That's the magic of opinions. Yeah, it makes me more excited just thinking about it. I've never read them myself, mainly because I can't get them in my area, but they sound interesting.

Twilight's singing was beautiful in that part. Yeah, the transformation scene for Gloriosa was amazing. And yes, Fluttershy's cuteness levels are over 9000! I think I can agree with you on Legend You Were Meant To Be, though my second favourite has to be The Midnight In Me. Just like I hoped they had a brilliant dynamic going on with Twilight and Midnight Sparkle, I don't think it could have been done any better. As for Sunset Shimmer, her supportive nature in this movie really shows her development since the first one. Of course all of the magical powers stuff made for some good comedy too, if not a little cheesy, but I've come to expect that from MLP now. OK, sorry about that, gulp. That's also something I thought maybe they'd try, but sadly not. I'm not complaining, I loved the Midnght and Twilight interaction that was there, but I think it would have been even better if they had some sort of battle conflict with each other, or maybe they could have temporarily set aside their differences to contain Gloriosa. However, I'm happy with the way the movie turned out in the end. As for Equestria, I'd rather we keep Midnight to the EG universe, no special reason, I just think we should let the movies and shows do their own thing. Yeah, It's nice to see him finally starting to get over P Twilight and realising he'll never see her again. It reminds me of Tanks For The Memories a little bit actually. No matter how used I am to her personality, Pinkie Pie always manages to surprise me again at some point, It's great.

That'd be pretty cool, if we're talking human versions of more MLP characters though, I'd like to see Discord more than anyone else.

I don't think Sunset should leave though, after 3 movies of her on the good side now, Equestria Girls Isn't the same without her. Meh. While the Dazzlings were my favourite EG villains, I think we need to stick to a new villain for each movie, maybe with call backs to other villains though, like how Legend Of Everfree sort of brought back Midnight Sparkle. That would be pretty cool to see. I wonder what the reaction would be of the public at large. The world suddenly becoming all magical would be a real game changer, and then again, there are those who could use the magic for evil...

So I guess It's a case of loss for gains. We get less fan made pony content on the internet, but we don't get as many haters. Sounds like a fair trade to me.

OK, first off, what counts as a golden age is completely subjective to you, though admittedly, I like a fair amount of the shows you've listed here, so maybe we might be on the same page. Now, listen, this hasn't been the only good age of cartoons. In fact, take what you've wrote, replace the years 2010-2013 with 2000-2003 and replace the shows you mentioned with shows you like from THAT era and then you pretty much have the same situation. EDIT: OK, on a side note, I have two more things to say. One, hats off to all the talented people behind those shows, for as critical as I've been of this post, It's really sad to see them go. Secondly, as much as you might want to, don't try to whine for the shows to be brought back with a new series or reboot, because we'll get it and it just won't match up. That's how shows like Teen Titans GO and the new Powerpuff Girls happen. There are good things about both shows to their own merit, but they can never match up to the originals, and even without comparing them the shows themselves can be very flawed. And this is still happening with shows like Samurai Jack and Ben 10. Not really related much, but I just thought I'd bring it up.

Well, maybe. What I heard is she was pissed about what Hasbro were doing with the franchise with Equestria Girls and the Princess Twilight idea, but those were probably just rumours. It's kind of funny considering EG actually turned out OK (Well, to me anyway.) and most people eventually warmed up to the Princess Twilight thing, and she didn't become a Mary Sue. Adventure Time is ending? What? Darn it... Might as well wait for the reboot in a decade that will prove to be a husk of the original show's self... This is why we can't have nice things...

Same here. I've actually tried contacting Gameloft about it via emails and on the forums, but they seem to be consciously avoiding anyone with questions or requests to do with Underground. It's shoddy business and I hope they bring back the underground version soon, but for now, unless Gameloft starts taking Amazon users seriously, it doesn't seem It'll come back or be updated anytime soon.

The way you say that makes it sound like they do this show entirely for the money. Now It's true that money is a fundamental part of the process, but you can't say the fate of MLP entirely revolves around it. Lauren Faust had a vision, and brought it to life, she wasn't just doing it for the money, and that creative idea still lives on through the rest of the people behind it and It's new creator, it makes me wonder why she left the show in the first place. Point is, It's not really fair to judge whether they'll keep doing the show or not on whether they'll make any money off of it.

Well, I figured it did. If It's not on the store any more that's obviously why they aren't doing updates for it. So there's your answer.

I think they stopped support for it now. Last time I checked, it wasn't even on the Underground store.

So it seems this thread's come back to life again. Sorry I haven't been replying to any of your comments, but I think I have some extra things to add on this now that some new things have come to light. I've watched the first half of the 6th Season now, and frankly, It's not as bad as everyone's saying it is to me, don't get me wrong, bad episodes stuck out like a sore thumb, but I wouldn't call Season 6 a bad last season from what I've seen, nor do I think the show is diminishing in quality, though let's be honest, It's not at It's best right now, no Season has topped 4 for me, and likely never will. What I'm saying is after evaluating the current situation with the show and looking at how Hasbro have an easy way out with the movie if things do go sour with the fanbase, I'll still stick to my guns and say there should be a Season 7 after the movie, and then a while later they should start up a new show to replace Friendship Is Magic... But the reason I was stressing out over the movie possibly being the end is, well, I've grown attached to the show, with the settings, stories and characters, the unforgettable memories I've made with it... It'd break my heart to see it go. But all good things come to an end.

I guess the situational value is useful when it comes into play. That's an interesting analysis.
