      In my opinion, arguing the best country is like arguing the strongest Pokémon

      Sure, Ultra Necrozma with Totem Aura was the highest base stat mon in the game, but if you want a specific movepool or type, it ain't happening. You couldn't take 6 UNs to Tournament, you just couldn't

      Mainly because Tourneys have a dupes clause in their rules usually, but also because you wouldn't win. If you could, it would surprise me.

       

      My point being that when you're talking about a whole country, arguing which is the best is subjective, as you're talking about a plethora of various factors
