    Well... for past few weeks I was struggling with memories of some troubling events in my life. No matter what I did I was unable to stop thinking about them and this almost drove me insane. I was unable to forget about them and more I try to resist more frequently they come. Until I finally realized the root of my problem. Somehow instead of forgetting about that events my mind was trying to convince myself to find something positive about those memories, maybe to make them less daunting or whatever. I realized that was the main problem, there wasn't anything at all to feel positive abou
