  1. I am conducting an experiment. So lately in chemistry I have learned about the capillary effect with plants(more biology really, or even botany), and I am going to see if I can color white flowers with it! I have chosen a white bulb flower and it is already starting to grow. Only time will tell if my hypothesis will work. I have a teal coloring in the water underneath. I hope it will work the way I hope! If it does I can have a beautiful garden of perfectly colored flowers!

      You might not be able to grow a garden full of coloured flowers; you generally need to cut your flowers for their stems to absorb the dye properly. I don't think they absorb dye through their roots.
