Well that's an interesting little update I just found. Riot Games, developer of League of Legends, home of the most toxic community I've ever seen, has found a way to market toxicity and make a profit off of it. I mean, I guess if you have an overabundance of a resource you might as well sell it for profit, right? Right? No? Encourage and cultivate it for profit? No? Not that either? Ok.
Anyway, just felt like sharing because I never thought I'd see this. Yet at the same time, it doesn't surprise me one bit that it's Riot Games doing it.

Risings F1-News:
Grave news thanks to Corona. Bahrain's race will be a tv-event only, they decided to avoid risk, that it will happen, but without fan audiences, so the seats stay empty, onl to be enjoyed on tv

My brother has gone away for the weekend without telling me. I'm guessing that he's gone to watch the football somewhere. It's where he usually goes. Not exactly the best time for that sort of thing. But at least I've got the house to myself. Maybe I should give my brother a quick blast over with the steam rifle when he gets home to kill any potential nasty stuff he's carrying...

Yay! I don't have to wake up early tomorrow for work!
It feels weird not having to go to sleep at a certain time, not having to set my alarm, and not having to wake up early, because I only get a day off once every two weeks.

Well, I'm having a completely shit day, because of a fucking terrible situation involving my grandparents' dog.
So my grandparents have had this dog since 2010, but have basically neglected him ever since they got him. He's a really nice dog who's in extremely good health considering my grandparents never exercise him. My parents and I would visit every other weekend or so to take him for walks, and so we've been pretty much his only support system.
My grandparents never saw him as a member of their family, only as an accessory that they got bored with after a few years. If the apartment we're living in allowed dogs, we would have taken him a while ago. Now, all of a sudden, my grandparents are getting rid of him because they've decided to be too fucking lazy to take care of him, and there's basically nothing we can do about it. We've contacted almost everyone we know, but no one has been able to take him. Now he's going to be sent to a shelter on Wednesday and we'll probably never see him again.
My uncle had previously said that he would take the dog in the event of something like this, but all of a sudden he's refused to and is being just as lazy as my grandparents. My parents and I are not at all interested in keeping these people in our lives.
I really need a hug right now, because my grandparents and uncle are all fucking shitty people and this situation is fucking terrible.

@lyrabetes3939 Animal neglect, at least here in Michigan, is against the law. If you can prove the dog is malnourished, abused, or even if it hasn't had it's shot as required by law, then they can take him away.

*sigh* That's terrible, I'm really sorry. I love animals - have lots of them. So this breaks my heart. But there's the option to at least put him in a rescue, and if the grandparents don't cooperate, call animal control. That's how I do things - Identify the problems in my life and solve them, permanently.

There is a story of a few people going to the Spartans to request assistance, for they were dealing with a food shortage. In these people’s culture, it was customary for those who needed the help to make a great speech for those they desired aid from. Sparta and long speeches, however, didn’t mix.
At the end of the speech, the Spartans averred that they could no longer remember the first half of what they said, and could make nothing of the remainder.
The same people came back the next day with an empty burlap sack. They pointed to it and said, “The bag wants flour.”
The Spartans told them they didn’t have to say “the bag,” but resolved to give them aid.
History is so beautiful.
