@DivineGlow1000 You seem to be missing the point of what my status update was initially. I only said it was my pet peeve that there are people who post that many. I have never said that you should stop doing it if you like doing it. That is not the goal of this status update.

@Rising Dusk But if you blinked for more than 10 seconds, you were behind like two pages worth of posts. Those were the days. 

@DivineGlow1000 The problem is that some people are making way too many status updates in a day. So, when you look at your notifications, you're slammed with 100+ messages to go through. No one is telling you to stop making status updates. They're fund to read but if I make 20 updates to per hour all day, someone is going annoyed.

I'm on the fence (on the Moon, he-he) regarding that. I prefer ponies discussing things in actual threads than abusing statuses though. Everything is good in moderation.
