I have found, so far, that Rainbow calls Scootaloo 'Scoot' in Sleepless in Ponyville. So that's something. Generally she calls her 'kid' or just her name, though.

Also, Scootaloo so far has called Rainbow by her full name. That's. Weird

Interesting tidbit, but Rainbow tells Scootaloo if not asking her first to talk to Twilight. Why Twilight, specifically? Anyone got answers for this?

Parental Glideance. Scootaloo told Rainbow's parents about her being in the Wonderbolts, and Rainbow has this to say about it-

Rainbow Dash: Yeah. You should've warned me that you were bringing my parents! Or talked to Twilight or something! Not just shown up!
