[ Ruby ] we tend to infodump, so quora is a good outlet for that since we just search a topic we know a lot about and then go to town, but we wouldn't recommend it for anything and most of the information there is unreliable. I can't say much on the community because we've never really touched it

[ Ruby ] actually, yes! our system has always been almost entirely nonhuman and we typically consider ourselves to be more nonhuman than human, so we identify as otherkin. We aren't exactly polykin though, and we're mostly kin on individual levels (like I'm a nuckelavee in the system and consider myself nuckelaveekin, but no one else in the system is a nuckelavee). I think we may have a few mlpkin? but I'm the only equine who fronts afaik. a lot of us are also otherlinkers (where we choose nonhuman/fictional identities) and otherhearted (where we feel strongly connected to/identify with something nonhuman/fictional), but I personally am not either of those! though checking in with the people in co-front apparently we have a huge alterhuman connection to changelings without it being kin, we definitely identify with them and a few of us voluntarily identify as our sona, not to mention our daemon's been taking a changeling for for the past few weeks! we could also explain the concept to anyone curious, alterhuman stuff in general is a big interest of ours (we've written essays on it + participated in studies)!

Howdy! We're a multiple system who really enjoys My Little Pony. Not sure how common plurality is among the pony community nowadays, but if anyone's confused we'd usually recommend this site because it was designed to be approachable to singlets. We probably will sign off with our names above posts, since we usually do that on forums. We've been a fan since *checks season release dates* 2012, but recently we've been on more of a pony kick and finally got around to watching the finale (it's always really hard for us to watch the ends of shows we love), and decided to check out the forums. We all like different ponies and aspects of the show, but nearly all of us consistently really, really love the Changelings and we have since we started watching! We generally really love insects, so that's probably why pfft. We've also recently started collecting the older generation toys, but still have a very small collection haha.
