I agree it might be a bit far fetched but I find it fun to think about

I think it's beacuse I'm just grieving G4 mostly because how FiM helped me figure out I was Transgender at a young age along with it helping me cope with Lost Childhood. Though it migh be due to seeing how other companies kill off something very eairly before it could really take off like how Disney treated The Owl House. Which could be the reason why I think Hasbro would kill G5 so soon but idk.

So I was rewatching the G5 movie just because why not and I noticed that roughly around the 2-1/2 minute mark the camera pans down stairs to the desk of Sunny's fathers before landing on him. However, this gives us a glimpse of his research into Equestria's past and on the wall we get to see a small portion of the world with Ponyville, Canterlot, and Cloudsdale. But, I noticed that Everfree Forest was right next to Ponyville unlike how it was presented in FiM where it was presented roughly underneath the town unlike in G5 where it's shown to be to tht right of Ponyville. Which leads me to think that A New Generation takes place in a sepreate timeline from Gen 4. Though it's worth pointing out in the episode Family Appreciation Day, Everfree is shown in the bottom right of Ponyville along with at the time of me posting this we haven't gotten the G5 TV show. Now there is a chance that I could be entirely wrong which is why I'd recommend taking this Theory with a grain of salt and if you have any other evidence to prove that I'm wrong please let me know.

I think if they had an episode about two Transgender pony's (Trans dude and Trans girl) about their struggles with gender dyphoria along with other people not accepting them would've been amazing.

I don't know why but I've been having this feeling that Hasbro will just kill Gen 5 off before it gets off the ground. Is anyone having this feeling or am I just going crazy?

This is something I've been wanting to hear more peoples thoughts on but where do all of you think G5 fits into the MLP timeline? I personally think G5 is in a separate timeline from Gen 4. For starters this seems to be an entirely different Equestria from FiM. At the start you’d think that we’d see the 6 manes in their designs at the end of the series but we don't. Secondly if the town at the beginning is suppose to be Canterlot then how come it’s on a side of a cliff next to the ocean? Plus if it's not supose to be Canterlot I can't see it being in the same Equestria as G4.

Someone was selling this Applyjack Bank on Facebook Market place so I scooped it up

For me I kinda wish I stayed with the series, I got into Gen 4 around late 2013 and was hyperfixated on it for about a year until kids bullied out of liking it and after that I actually hated the series due to those past memories until last year when my best friend introduced me to the series and made me remember why I loved MLP all those years ago. Plus honestly if I never got into MLP I don't think I would've found out my true gender (Sorry for getting off topic) But yes apart of me wishes I got introduced earlier and stayed with it since the show ended and don't have any episodes to look forward to anymore, but at the same time at least I got to experience the fandom in it's Prime.

Anyone eles hoping we'll get some kind of successor to Equestria Girls for Gen 5? It was my favorite spin off series and I'd love to see the concept come back
