    This is really not my day... Tried installing freebsd, the bloody partition manager is completely broken and wont let me do anything. I'm just going to sit here and harmlessly watch some twitch streams. Nothing can go wrong there...

      If your hard drive is beyond repair, what you can do is just create a new login profile and stay off of one side of your hard drive where it's acting slow and BSOD'ish.

      it wasnt my hard drive, the partitioning tool itself was just broken. At any rate, im just doing a completely fresh arch linux install instead. I can practically install it blindfolded at this point.
