  1. I actually ended up trading in that mustang, it's transmission was close to it's end of life and the cost to replace it would of been more worth than the car. I ended up getting a 2021 honda civic sport, it has a small wing on the back and tinted windows. I actually really like it, I'm a bit photosenstive so the tinted windows help during any day driving. It's not bad at night, since the windshield isn't tinted.
  2. As useful as smartphones are, I could see the futurama "eye" episode becoming a reality. Tech companies have been working on the AI/alt reality glasses which could become a possibility, though it probably won't be anything mainstream for another decade or so.
  3. I snapped my right wrist and had to have surgery and a year in a cast. Wasn't fun.
  4. Since I've started online college it's mostly what I do. I enjoy gaming too, but when I was working 45 hour weeks I barley was ever on the computer.
  5. I can agree with most people in the thread that windows 7 was probably the best version of it. Windows XP was really good too though. I don't like windows 11 at all, and I don't think that the next operating system is going to be getting any better. A lot of settings have been out right removed since it either confused certain users or businesses simply didn't like it. I also hated that I had to go look up a command line to get past the windows 11 starting setup, because I didn't have an Ethernet cable hooked up to it and the startup literally will lock you out if you don't have an internet connection, unless you do the hidden command to get around it. So stupid and meaningless. The reason I didn't have an Ethernet hooked up is because I need more room to remove my hard drives, but for whatever reason when reinstalling windows, if you have multiple drives the partition software just doesn't work properly. I was getting BSOD all the time trying to install with multiple drives, and when I got one instant of it working I check the disk management only to see the system files were completely scattered between partitions with different file systems.... So I took all the drives out and installed it on the one and it worked. Long story short I just miss windows 7 Though I learned in cybersecurity class that it takes about 80 seconds for a windows XP computer that is connected to the internet to be breached by attackers
  6. 519339 looks like its just you and me now
  7. I'm pretty sure it was the gameboy advance. I remember having pokemon and donkey kong on it.
  8. The bed of chaos from dark souls 1 was the first thing I thought of lol. Though I'd also say finding the artifacts in metroid prime is not good, it feels nearly impossible to do without some kind of guide.
  9. I caught up with the latest Futurama season cuz I kept seeing shorts of it on my phone. There was some really good epsiodes this season, I think it is the best season since the reboot on hulu.
  10. My bedroom by far. I have my main desktop in here as well as a TV, so I don't really use the living room or the spare room much at all.
  11. For the most apart I prefer eating alone. It can be nice on occasions to eat with others, but for day to day I'd still prefer eating by myself. Usually watching something too
  12. The instant kind is okay, and mostly what I can get. Though I'd like to try some authentic ramen noodles from a Japanese restaurant at some point.
  13. When I work its usually just a poptart or a honey bun. Though if I get the chance, I much prefer scrambled eggs, some toast, and coffee.
  14. I've spent like... the past two weeks researching various keyboards and keyboard types to replace my very worn down/aged G105. It has worn out keys and it has a button that disables the window key that keeps flickering on and off by itself so I started looking for a new board. I wanted an actual mechanical keyboard, one that was wired only and had an aluminum build. I don't like any wireless option keyboards since I'm going to be leaving it plugged in all the time, and didn't want the battery to catch fire. I was hoping I could find a full sized keyboard, but the only one with that criteria was the Q6 wired from keychron, but they stopped making them about a year ago and I couldn't find anywhere online that I could buy one from. I could of spent like 300 for the newer Q6, but I really didn't want to spend that much and spend a whole day taking the thing apart to get to the battery, which would of probably took off the warranty as well. Though I ended up going with the Q2, even though it's missing the function keys and numpad, it has a function button that I can use with the normal numbers to get the function numbers. I also got a numpad, which I kinda found nice to be separated since I can have it to my far side, giving myself more mouse space. Overall, for the couple days I've had it, I think I really like it a lot. It took some getting used to and some setting changes, but it feels really nice to type on and I like the sounds of it a lot. Not too loud, just about right. Might change the space bar later, maybe not. I just hope I don't run into any manufacturing issues with it down the road. They also have windows keys that I replaced the Mac ones with. I also got a g203 mouse, I had to edit some of the onboard memory on it but over all I've been liking it, I like a simple clicky mouse with basic side buttons.
  15. I was looking up codes for the subway app yesterday and I saw there was a "6inchbogo" code when you buy a foot long, so I had that
  16. I got my Q2 keychron keyboard today, it has less keys than most keyboards but I really like it so far. Just have to get used to all the keyboard shortcuts :derpy-hi:
