    Okay, new policy: no matter how awesome, touching, or whatever a YouTube video is, it get's a dislike and an insult if it's below 360p, and likes are only given to things that are at least 720p. People need to learn how to not upload shit.

      Basically, when I come upon something interesting that ends up being unwatchable due to poor quality, instead of being frustrated, I now have an automatic policy I can just carry out and be on my way.
