No, the admins are just never really clear on certain things. For example, I submitted I think 6 at once, hoping that maybe one of those could be used. I did not know though that they apparently do not usually go back to past submissions, so I am unsure if any of those will be used at this point and I should have spaced them out. Now, I don't even know I should submit anymore. They don't even give feedback on them, they just use it or don't use it and call it a day.

Kyoshi, if you have any questions or concerns about how the administration handles things, you're more than welcome to file a support ticket. By complaining, rather than asking, you are only further perpetuating the "lack of communication" between you and the administration. It's at least a better option than giving up, right?

Given my past attempts at support tickets and the answers I have been given, that probably won't matter.
