Starlight's desperation to keep the same connection that she had with Sunburst in their childhood alive. It really got to me, especially when she makes that custom spell. It is made worse with the fact that I feel like I have no major connection with my offline friends these days. It is a great episode, but not one I will watch again.

It was pretty awesome and sweet that they made that life-size version of the board game. So the episode wasn't a total downer for me.
