@Sparklefan1234 That can be a teensy bit tricky, usually the tricky bit is cutting them out of an image and cleaning it up afterwards.

@Deerie For me either can trigger both and it is a self fueling cycle. It's not an easy thing to live with. That's on top of my other mental oddities. I currently take two medications and I was seeing a therapist until all of this stuff happened. Not exactly fond of therapy if I'm honest. I prefer counseling. 

@Kyoshi Did you like the other sigs that I posted in my status update, did you have a favorite? 

I know how it is I got both myself with my anxiety being sky high
