You know, I really wish I could be like those people that are just super happy and smiley all the damn time, but I just think that is impossible for me. I don't know how anyone can really do that anyways.

Okay, well, coming from someone who is finally back to being happy, just begin to put positive aspects on everything. I know that's not much advice, but I am who I am today because: I left anything and everything that made me unhappy, avoided people that were mean to me, and put a positive thought on things.

Anyone else suffer from extreme self hatred? Despite everything that happens, it only gets worse. Hopefully meds help or something. Nothing else is at this point.
