      The usual thoughts, extreme self hatred, depression, all of that, but today feels worse than most. Like every thought is eating away at me and I feel even more pathetic than usual. Which is weird because I start a new medicine recently that is supposed to help Blanche my mood but that definitely isn't working yet. On top of that I feel run down and I don't feel like doing anything at all. Everything feels pointless right now. That's the general feeling I have.
