Is the 15 really worth the extra cost over the 12?  Yea its got the pretty color screen and can do CO detection through the pulse-ox... but still... that's a lot of cost...

 i used both, zoll and lifepack 15, i am so glad that all of our ambulances here in Italy runs the lifepack, i honestly don't like the zoll, the lifepack is so easy and pratical that even an idiot can use it

The co is seperate from the pulse ox. We originally had the 15 without it but just recently we had it installed. It works alright but when you're bouncing down the highway things tend to not work 100%.

Maybe I'm just a fanboy when it comes to the gear on my trucks...

Only a basic but I handle all the buying and logistics for my company... plus we have pretty aggressive BLS protocols

(i honestly consider the co2 a fancy gadget to see if you are ventilating good... kill me i know.. but i used it like 2 times just for the lulz)

It really isn't necessary. Unless it's a code or SOB you'll never use it.
