Does anyone know the trends for Civilization V? I would like the Complete Edition but I don't have $25 on me right now, and I'm wondering if there's a good chance it will be on sale next year. Was it on sale last year?

It's $12.53 USD now I believe (The Complete Edition) but it's gonna end soon.
