Ponyseeker is a whimsical take on minesweeper in which you try to find the ponies and avoid road apples.  There are special ponies that give you items to help avoid road apples. You can also earn tons of awesome trophies that unlock new settings, like ponyseeker powers, favorite ponies, item upgrades, and a lot more!

 

My wife says it is a really fun, entertaining, and challenging game, and she's clearly completely unbiased, so you should give it a try.

Alright, I have not tried it myself, but the video there kinda showed what I wanted to see.

 

The game itself and the features seems to be alright and it is probably an alright game. However, the design of the application as well as the most of the artwork used are.... howdoisaythisnicely not so very good. If you could put it together in a better looking way (especially focus on the app design) , people would maybe consider to try it out but I am afraid that by the looks of it right now, people would not care.

 

Also, haven't like every single fan made pony game been removed because of copyright stuff?

Thanks for the comment. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "app design". You mean you don't like the menu system?

 

As for the artwork, I'm a programmer by profession, so I agree that the artwork is amateur. The game would need to succeed for it to be worth it to improve the artwork by getting done professionally though, so ... hopefully that doesn't end up being a catch 22!

 

As for "fan made pony games being removed", the game is in no way related to My Little Pony. Sure, they both have cartoon ponies, but that's not copyright infringement. I know I made this post on a My Little Pony forum, but that is only because I feel it's likely there are people here who like ponies.
