Can someone make a certain style of pony for me?

Hey everypony, I've been writing a lil fan-fic and I figured people might take it a lil' more seriously if I had a good cover art... er... cover art atleast.

What I'm Asking for is a Picture of Vinyl Scratch with a filly that looks pretty similar to her (Red Eyes, blue mane, and a white, or off yellowish coat). This filly, though looking like Scratch, has to be a male though.

If anypony could make me something like this I'll be really thankful. Also, if you want a link to the fan-fic I'm writing just ask in a reply, i don't want to get in trouble for posting a link or anything.

Try designing the pony as best you can in the pony creator on deviant art to give people and idea of what to make, and then fill them in on everything else the pony creator CANT do so they can draw you something good!
