On a forum this big, it's hard to get widely noticed without posting a ton, already being famous elsewhere, or simply riding on fame acquired when the forum was smaller and it was easier to become well known. It doesn't help that it's difficult to form isolated communities here because of how connected everything is. 2 Signature now 99% less edgy! My favorite Prince is Philip because A.He's the first Prince to actually have a personality and BI love his snarky humor! (But father, this is the fourteenth century!) Hmm...well, I'd have to say it's a tie between Belle (since I resonate with her a lot), Jasmine since she doesn't take any crap and Merida because despite her being a 'rebellious princess' she still has a personality, which I love. I also like Pocahontas and Cinderella (despite not liking their movies that much), but I wish they could have been given a bit more depth. Does Stitch count Pascal My favorite straight villain would have to be a tie between Frollo and Maleficent. I'm hoping for a Broadway adaption of Pocahontas where she and John are made just friends. And the other characters are made realistic. They could make some of the historical inaccuracies they made right-like I said, Pocahontas and John could be made just friends and Powhatan would not be..so...stoic. John's character development is shown more. Also plausible dialogue-something that might have been said when the two of them really did meet. Like after Colors of the Wind there'll be a scene where John says something like this: John:What you say is wise, but what you need to understand is that we come from another land. We don't act this way. My people need shelter. And I've never really thought of this before. It's...more materialistic there. Pocahontas:*raises eyebrows* Oh?Who thought you these things? John:*grows uncomfortable* The leaders of the past. The King...he's the head of the church, but I'm not sure if our God would really say these thi- Pocahontas:'God'? What is 'God'? *John gives her a brief explanation about Anglican theology* Pocahontas:I see...so you only have one... John:*really nervous* Please don't kill me. Pocahontas:What? No! I understand things are different among others...but did not your God give life to what you see around you as well? Isn't that worthy of respect? John:Well...now that you mention it... Pocahontas:*laughs a bit* And if he really is a god, then why don't you follow him instead of the king? Wouldn't he be more important? John:Uh... It is a crime. Someday I am going to find the 30% of critics who gave it a miserable 70% on Rotten Tomatoes and make them walk the plank.
