If you were wondering what those were, I was randomizing character names to see powers and what not. If there are any problems, I can make a new OC, lickety split. Anyway...

 

Name: Detru Hui

 

Appearance: An absolutely massive person, Detru is easily 7 feet tall with a bulky frame. Some might say she's fat, but don't be fooled, she has strength hidden beneath that. Her skin is an ugly, blotchy red from too much time in the Sun. Typically, she wears a rust colored combat vest with a dirty yellow shirt and khaki pants. Her face is twisted and somewhat deformed, the result of many brawls and bones not healing properly. This leads to a bit of an overbite, her teeth showing at most times, many chipped teeth, and a sunken nose. Her eyes are hazel, though they are usually obscured by red hair that looks uneven and chopped up

 

Bio: Her family was an odd one, one that actually liked metas. As such, her family married and had children with many metas, hoping one of them would end up being a meta itself. After several generations of this, the Hui family was "blessed" with Detru. Sadly for them, the child proved to be unloving, caring only for herself and never smiling. She laughed when she was taken to school. Mostly because of the little girl who had just had her face torn apart by Detru. Detru's one and only joy in life was hurting others. It seemed that in their rush to create their perfect little meta, the Hui family had overlooked other genetics, mainly ones responsible for psychosis. Detru was taken away from her family at a young age, her savagery earning her a spot in juvie. It was there that she hit puberty and grew to her massive size. She began causing trouble with the other inmates, not using her powers, simply using her brute power to intimidate and hurt others...out of boredom. She was eventually given a permit to leave the prison and go to Haven Point. Not out of good behavior though. It was rumored that she threatened someone to get her way. She heads to Haven Point now, hoping to look at some new victims...friends

 

Abilities: Detru, while very strong, is not super human in strength and her skill in combat is mostly an animalistic style that has no real continuity. Her meta power is the ability to destroy oxygen atoms. Being near her while she is using this ability is enough to make one short of breath, though nothing more if they aren't in an enclosed space. In an enclosed space, this can lead to death from suffocation. She is able to channel this "Oxygen Destroyer" ability into a sort of concentrated beam from her mouth. Since most things have oxygen atoms inside of them, this beam is usually used to pierce objects. She doesn't have full control of it however, as the glare of the beam blinds her while she fires, meaning she often misses her shots. A secondary ability of hers that is somewhat of a necessity for her powers is the lack of a need to breathe as well as being able to manipulate oxygen inside of her. Manipulating oxygen inside of her doesn't really do much other than let her survive her own presence, though she can use this to give herself a bit more energy by diverting oxygen from less vital things

 

Another weakness of hers is that she's very sloppy in combat, preferring to make her opponent suffer than actually finish them. She's also rather slow when it comes to running, though in combat she's surprisingly fast(though not incredibly so). She also hates heat and cold, they interfere with her ability to use her powers due to speeding up and slowing down atom movement respectively. She's rather stupid. 

 

Personality: Sadistic and cruel, Detru is a mindless berserker with little tact. She does have some level of good inside of her, however. Typically, she doesn't kill someone. This is mostly because of the fact that she'd rather do something horrid to them later, but partially is because despite all of her hatred and disdain for others, she feels alone. As such, she'd rather keep "playmates" alive. Without them, when she is alone, she is afraid. Afraid that she will never learn of what friendship is, afraid that she is the villain of the fairy tales her mother used to tell her

Deal. She's aggressive no doubt, but killing things other than people is a thing. BTW, if you're wondering, she's based on Destroyah from Godzilla
