Critique: A few simple drawings.

A few drawings i made a while back, edited for visibility. I was just wondering if other artists could tell me what they think and point out any places that in there opinion could be improved on.

Hm, interesting. 

A pointer from me would probably to make your lines more definitive. For example, in your second drawing you have a few lines fragmenting off the sides, and also the first picture's outline appears to be inconsistently darkened. I would suggest once you've finished your drawings to go over in a darker pen, or pencil to make your edges more definitive and consistently darkened.

I darkened the images in a photo editor so the shading is bound to be off, but the shape should generally be the same. Yeah I should try to keep my lines a bit more defined.

You'll want to get more fluidity into your linework. I'd also suggest you study real-life quines to beter understand their anatomy.

I think that once you got these lines you should repeat with a thicker pencil or just use a marker to draw the outlines. Or if ye really want to put it in an image editing program[Photoshop,Paint.net or other] and then draw the outlines and make DIGITAL art.
