Celestial Moon is a unicorn inventor who lives in a run-down apartment in Canterlot.

She has a distant, long dead relative who invented the Telescope, and she was given the name due to his creations. Celestial Moon was intrigued by the creation, and she was inspired to make inventions of her own. Celestial makes drones, from battle drones to just drones to search and retrieve. They were used by the Royal Guards.

Moon created a pair of mechanical wings she occasionally uses. They can barely lift her off the ground, but she'd take anything to be able to soar through the skies with her best friend Fire Bolt.

Overall I like her colour scheme, but the mane and tail colours bug me, as do the mechanical wings.
If you were to replace them with natural ones, and change the mane colour to something a bit less offensive, I'd REALLY dig this one.

She's an inventor, so the machanical wings are okay.

I'm going to be honest, it makes me think of an alicorn Trixie.

I like her. The color scheme is nice, and everythin g fits well together. The backstory is nice as well. My only gripe is that the color of the wing thing; brown doesn't go well with the already present color scheme. Try using that gray color in the cutie mark instead of brown.

 

Changing the color of the body to a lighter shade of blue might be beneficial as well.

I think a color scheme to the mane that compliments the darker blue would be better, the off white just seems kinda blan.

As for the mechanical wings, I would personally make them more mechanical looking, and a more metal color.
