I hope it's not dead. I've been rather busy lately so I couldn't get on, but I was hoping this would've continued in my absence.

You three are the only ones with characters haven't entered the courtroom yet. Jolt, make sure you don't forget about your other character, Lee Bluemoon. Once everyone enters the courtroom, the trial can start!

I was referring to Lee Bluemoon when I said you had a character that wasn't in the courtroom. However, I thought he was going to be a prosecutor alongside Vincent. Are you sure you want Lee Bluemoon to simply watch the trial instead?

If not everyone has entered the courtroom soon, how about we just start the trial as if they've already entered the courtroom? It seems most of us are getting rather busy, so this way we don't have to wait for someone busy holding us all up, and those who are busy can just jump back in when they're free again.

Sorry, university's been making me become really busy lately. Good news, though: I finish next Tuesday, so then I'll be completely free to come on and participate in this RP. It really does seem like the RP 'dying' is due to everyone becoming really busy and not because of lack of interest, so hopefully we can get this RP progressing smoothly again soon.

 

And yes, I imagine Shadowhide would be best for the first witness. Most trials start with the detective giving an overview of the case and their findings from the investigation.

Well, I'm now completely free from uni for the next few months, so expect me to come on much more often now! Is now a good time to get this RP back on the road?

 

For simplicity, I think it'll be best to assume everyone's in the courtroom in their correct places, so we resume the RP just as the judge announces court is in session. That way we don't have to worry about the few remaining characters entering the courtroom.

 

 

After the detectives... Can it be Storm?

Yep! Well, we're coming up the RP as we go, so it's possible events might just happen to work differently, but I don't think that's likely. Unless we somehow get a very opportune moment for someone else to take the stand, we can probably have Storm go next easily.
