Here's a dumb question

Stone Cold Applejack

Recommended Posts

If you a brony saw someone who acted like a brony but wasn't a brony. Like they were wearin mlp shirts, hats, etc. So the question is how would you feel and what would you do?

I'd probably feel annoyed but would let him/her do whatever.

Saw someone who acted like a brony but wasn't a brony? The hell do you mean? Like they were discussing the show but they weren't a fan?

...why the hell would they discuss the show then? I don't get what you're saying.

@,

...but then why would they act like one? What do you mean, 'acts' like a brony? How can one 'act' like a brony? My friends act like perfectly ordinary people and they're bronies.

@, @@Shift, hahaha...ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer

If I saw someone with Brony swag I'd probably mention it. If they said they were just acting like a Brony I'd ask why, since that's a very strange thing to do. How the rest of the interaction plays out would depend on their response.

I think it's safe to say that's what 99% of the answers to this will be, in some fashion. What, are you looking for the one Brony who would violently attack them for no real reason?  :P

I don't know. How the hell would anyone know. Just answer the question.

@,

Well, obviously since this situation would never happen there is no way I can properly come up with an accurate reaction to such situation. Thus, your question remains unanswerable.

Eh, I'm from a big city originally. I've seen people pull all kinds if crazy ass social experiments just like this. That is how I would interpret this. Or just that the person was a wee bit unusual (also something I would see in spades in Philly)

What does "act like a brony" mean? Like, are we assuming all bronies are chipper weirdos who bound about wearing pink fedoras and talking up love and tolerance? I've met plenty of bronies you are nothing like that.

*sarcastic* oh yeah I sure am. *serious now* No read my last post. One that wears a god damn mlp shirt, hat, etc.

PS. Applejack is best pony

There I edited the thing to make it more clear.

first its just like my teachers said when I was in Elementary School there is no such thing as a dumb question

I know a few people like that they just want the attention my brother pretends to be one of us but has never seen the show as for my Sister she is a Pegasister and we sometimes watch the show together but how you react to people like that I just ignore them if they can't pass the Brony quiz (easy questions that any Brony can answer) if they fail I just say to them your not a Brony either stop pretending and be yourself or actually watch the show

In my opinion, this doesn't make any sense at all.

How could someone "act like a brony" but "wasn't a brony" but is wearing merch? Where is the logic here?

If it was coming towards a different point of view. I wouldn't care. But again, this question makes no sense.

Sorry but this topic needs to be closed because it makes no sense.

Well, my brother acts like he's a brony but couldn't name a single one of the mane six to save his life. I honestly think he's just trying to get my attention -.-

Wow. That's sad and pathetic. I would've slapped him across the face.

I've had a similar situation back on twitter

He follows all sorts of mlp accounts

he uses mlp profile pics with a pony like name

but apparently he's never seen the show.

 I simply couldn't believe it and even sent him a link

and yesterday I found our that he didn't even use the link to watch mlp, he found and watched half an episode on youtube.

hes my friend and everything but I just don't understand.

so to answer your question.

do nothing, this guy probably just like the look of the clothes?

I doubt us bronies are big enough in the popularity charts to have posers yet ^_^
