Theory Crazy Luna/Trixie theory

More of a question and then a theory but what do you think of Trixie's name translated in Latin?

 

 Trixie= bringer of joy

 lula= princess

moon= luna

Trixie can also be a diminutive of Beatrix, which means traveler. 

 

While I think Trixie is annoying, I'm sure that her show profession means that she brings some joy at least. She also travels a lot, so yeah. 

 

And I doubt there's a connection. Trixie wears tons of star and moon designs, like a magician would. That's most likely where it came from. I highly doubt Luna even knows Trixie exists

but I don't think she's annoying, in fact I'm hoping she moves to town and gets more episodes

Trixie is soooo cute even as a villain,

though I wasn't her biggest fan until the end of that particular episode.

I think the entire population of Ponyville would dispute that Trixie is a "bringer of joy". She's only slightly better liked than the four ponies of the apocalypse.

Curiously enough, the Reflections comic arc did show Princess Alicorn Trixie so in some universe there is a connection.
