Why she made the wish: She lived a repressed life all her childhood. Her parents were always gone from the home and whenever they were, drinking or drug use usually ensued. Finally trying to make amends, she runs away from home and finds her happiness in making other's lives more bearable. She currently lives with her friend Cherry Bloom.

 

What powers does she has because of it: An ability to inspire love and happiness in others.

 

What weapon does she have: An enchanted staff that turns into a necklace when ever the she doesn't need it.

Well there's not really a posting order, just as long as your reply is after two or three people.

  Zero/Novella, it's ok for you to use Clover if you need to advance the role play but only to set the seen. Don't do anything to elaborate with a lot of dialog, because that's the fun part. Just remember that she usually talks/thinks to her self and doesn't have much confidence/ doesn't really talk to others. Every thing else is in her OC page. Her link is in my signature.

I have a question. If you have a earth pony would she turn in to a unicorn when she becomes a magical girl (mare)? Just thinking because of the whole magic part. And if you have a unicorn would the magic be enhanced? And for a pegasus, add a horn and keep the wings? So what are the over all rules?

No nothing new gets added, they stay the same kind of pony that they walkways have, and I would Augest reading the rules that I do have.
