request Christmas-ify as well as genderbend

My OC, Shady Deceit (In Avatar, Signature and down below) really needs to be christmas-ified. Like a santa costume and such. He also needs a genderbend, I want him to be turned into a mare. My only addition is that they please have transparent backgrounds, have fun with it.
