Ugh how do I keep forgetting that whenever this topic gets brought up, yea that is one show I'll give them, I like it a lot.

I forgot about it too in my other post. I think the Avatar shows are really the only good thing they have going for them, they should know better than to mess Korra up. Actually I think they are really trying to make Korra a good show the appeals to fans. It's interesting how it's basically anime produced by an American company.

Too bad Nick kept bouncing it around the schedule like a game of hot potato and then dumped it on to its website in Streaming only format.

hmm, well I don't watch it on TV anyways so whatever.

I believe this is the last season though so they really can't mess it up too much, I'll be sad to see it go, but it has had a pretty awesome run.

You know though, the Legend of Korra is actually a really good show!

Yeah that's part of the problem.

One thing that many networks are notorious for*coughcartoonnetworkcough* is that even when a show has been given critical acclaim(like Korra), a lot of the time the networks completely screw it over, either giving it death time-slots or by giving it little to no exposure.

Despite Legend of Korra's popularity and positive reception, the show has gotten screwed over really bad by Nick

Yes, they can. All they need is a new, quality, popular cartoon to bring back the viewers. Also, dropping shows like Sanjay and Creg, Bread Winners, and other complete shit shows like those, would help them immensly. Cutting down on the tween sitcoms is also recommened.

Just look at Disney. It had terrible cartoons for most of its years, save for a few exceptions, until they made a quality cartoon, with great art, memorable and deep characters, and geniune comedy, (not Nick's recent string of ass jokes and weird shit like that), a cartoon known better as Gravity Falls. Everything in the show is good, right down to the credits.

If Nickalodian can discover the formula that created amazing shows such as Gravity Falls (Disney), MLp (Discovery Family), and Adventure Time (Cartoon Network), then they have a chance at regaining their popularity, and more importantly, their quality.

I have zero interest, care, or respect for Nick after how they've continually mishandled their best show, Legend of Korra. Season 1 had smash ratings that were comparable to Avatar: The Last Airbender's, but ratings declined from season 2 onward thanks to Nick's inability to play it at a consistent time slot and doing little to no promotion for it. Even worse is that they never bothered playing reruns, so you if you missed the latest episode, you better hoped and prayed that you found it online. Sure Nick, keep playing the same decade-old episodes of SpongeBob or iCarly instead of your most critically acclaimed series. -_-

Halfway through the third season, they decide to pull the plug on the show's run on the channel altogether and make it viewable ONLY online via Nick.com. And the final nail in Nick's coffin comes from the fact that they actually slashed the budget for the FOURTH AND FINAL SEASON, and because of that, we were subjected to a clip show episode instead of something brand new, which hurts the flow, development, and pacing of the entire season. Thanks a heap, Nick. Thanks for caring about all of the viewers who have faithfully invested themselves into the Avatar series since it began almost ten years ago.  >: (
