Just started watching The BFG 1989 movie on Amazon prime to unwind for the night, after a grind fest on my Minecraft server which I am glad is over and done with for tonight. It's only a game so I cannot get too mad about it, it's not like anyone is pressuring me into doing that, it's a hobby and there are more important things, like my therapy, hopefully I can get my medication reviewed again and get a longer term prescription of diazepam. I don't know how I'd cope with my insomnia without it, was wondering why my sleeping hours began shortening again, the daily dose twice a day had stopped since the 25th of June.

I am aware that there is such a thing as being too reliant on drugs, but sometimes prescription medications do work, even if it makes me slower to react to certain situations, I'd rather have that than having those problems affect people here.
