Tomorrow marks the 10th anniversary of the loss of one Darrel Lance Abbott, better known to fans around the world as DImebag Darrell, the co-founder and lead guitarist for heavy metal legends Pantera and one of the best, if not the best guitarist in all of music. 

 

So what are your fondest memories of Dime and Pantera. What are your favorite songs & albums? Did you have the opportunity to see Pantera or Damageplan in concert? Or perhaps have any stories of meeting Dime in person? How do you guys feel about his music, him as a musician and what you've heard or knew about him as a person?

 

Where do you think Dime's career would have gone had he lived? How would Damageplan have played out? When do you think we would've had a Pantera reunion and how would they be received in today's music world?

 

One other thing to ask: How do you think Dime would've felt about our little fandom that we have here? What would he have thought about us bronies? (Personally I think Dime is a lot like Pinkie Pie)
