Lasher looked at Vi coldly. "Yes. What's it to you?".

Vi squinted her eyes while looking at him, not appreciating being talk down to like that. "You're new around here aren't. Not really aware of the major changes that have happened in the 10 years since you left. Maybe you should get filled in on the information that you are clearly lacking before you do something you will come to regret."

 

Vi lugged her pack of spears over her back, left the building aand moved to the WPS outpost. "Slasher. My business is concluded. You can bring the drone out now."

 

Slasher: "Yes ma'am."

 

Business was done in ponyville. She had no reason to stay now. Leaving town, she got on her Scorpion and started to make her way to Canterlot to meet with her Brothers and Lord Grigori, if he had returned yet that is.

As soon as she had gone, Lasher spoke. "Oh, I know who you are... Vi. I've been around, it's just that nopony has ever noticed me" he grinned. He looked at the glass shards lying on the floor. He started sweeping them up with his tail and dumped the shards into an nearby plant pot. He walked away, whistling innocently.

Elegron materialized in front of rain. "sorry you had to see me like that, i guess evil oppressive overlord bring out the worst in me. i hope next time we meet its under better circumstances. also, no matter how bad this war gets, you and your children are safe. even if they attack me, i will be certain that they are not killed or permanently harmed. because i dont kill children for one thing, and second, youve been nothing but kind to me. thanks rain. Its the least i can do."

 

Elegron, dash, and strawberry were all enjoying a massage while they talked.

"i wonder when they'll decide to kill me"

"what do you mean?"

"decoy spell. im in ponyville. well, a fake me anyway, but theres no way to tell the difference."

"wow, when'd you learn that one?"

"when i left stable 42, i got my hands on twilight sparkles own spellbook."

Dash laughed "that will certainly surprise them"

"eeyup. so dash, how long do we still have together?

"until about 4 PM tomorrow"

"alrigth, we'll have to make the most out of that" elegron smirked.

When Blooddrop received word about what Elegron had done, she was, understandably, pissed off. Assult in a diplomatic meeting against an unarmed opponent, and not mentioning the fact the it was Blooddrop's wife being attacked. She was angry, but still maintained a level head. "Nothing we can do against the stable dweller now. I just hope Cryssi is successful in her mission."

Cryssi wondered on through the wastes. No sign of anyone. Caravans, WPS, scavengers or the Lightbringers. Nothingness was all that surrounds her. "I don't wanna stay out in the open too long Zac. We need to find cover For while. My broken ribs are killing me." Zac growled in agreement and the duo set down in a cave and lit a fire. "Maybe we will find stable city. Lightbringer said he helps people like me. Beginning to think that's a lie." She sat by the fire with some food while Zac drew on the dirt with his tail. Little did the two know, they were very close to Stable city. They just couldn't see it.

A guard burst into the spa."ELEGRON! theres a pony nearby riding a scorpion! we suspect white poison. do you want to let her in? she looks injured. if not, then it should be fine. she can walk straight through the walls and nothing would happen. we are perfectly concealed."

Elegron leapt backwards, startled by the sudden intrusion, and fell in dash's hooves. He looked up at her, laughing nervously, and teleported back down. "i think we can handle this one" he said, nodding at dash. "yea, leave it to us."

 

a few minutes later Cryssi saw a green unicorn, walking very confidently, seemingly unarmed, and flanked by two gorgeous mares. "hey, we were just traveling and we saw your campfire, we were just wondering if you needed any help" Elegron shook her hoof.

"Zac. At attention, we have visitors." Cryssi struggled to her hooves, her ribs making breathing quite hard. "Hi. My name is Cryssi, an ex - messenger for the WPS. And this is Zac, my Zeal Scorpion." Zac gave a growl of acknowledgment, and then turned back to his drawings in the drit. "You have to forgive him. He's a bit narcissistic. And anti social. You're the Lightbringer aren't you? What are you doing in this desolate part of the world?"

"oh i just happened to be traveling. i never did get to see all of the wasteland before i built my city. This is dash." "hey" "and strawberry lemonade" "hiya!" "you look hurt, here, take these" Elegron handed her several health potions. "so you used to work for the WPS? thats funny, they all seem to hate me. something about putting their queen to sleep. not my fault she stayed up past her bedtime" he smirked.  [Lady Killer] "are you sure your not a diplomat? with looks like yours you could get a lot of ponies to do your bidding"

Strawberry lemonade and dash both knew that he didnt actually plan of having a third marefriend.

"Umm are you crazy? I have to arrest you now, my hoofs are tied. Guards, Slasher, Escort this pony to Bloodrop." Elegron was arrested and sent away promptly with a guard escort led by Slasher himself. Sending a message to Bloodrop, "We have Elegron in custody. Slasher is escorting him to you as we speak. Respectfully yours, Rain." A door opened behind me and violet appeared with the others. "Is he going to die mom?" Sighing to myself, "Not my call, it is the Queen's now. Let's get ready for bed now little ones, Luna awaits."

"good. finally we can have peace. after all, im agreeing to the terms. prison for life it is." He looked sad. "im willing to pay for my crimes, in order for there to be peace. i came back because i realized how foolish i was being."  "Elegron" followed the guards up to the queens' throne room.

Before the guards could escort Elegron out of town, Darkeye stopped them. "What do you think you are doing". "Escorting him to the Blood Queen". Darkeye moved fast, punching at Elegron, dispelling the magic. "You won't be escorting something that isn't there. I know Mirror Images when I see them. My father was a master at Mirror Imaging. Sometimes I wonder if he really died... no he's dead. Now get back to your posts" he said angrily, the guards obeying.

She stood their confused at his first remark. Not understanding the joke he made. Or even if it was a joke at all. But his question at least made sense. "No. I'm no diplomat. Although I have been told that I have that charm about me." Her punctured lung was making breathing very hard. "I think me ribs have punctured a lung. I don't feel too good." Cryssi fell to the ground unconscious, and Zac rushed too her side, wrapping himself around her up to keep her warm.

Darkeye trotted over to Rain. "Well, evening is approaching. So what do you say we get ready for dinner? I wanna take you out somewhere fancy. How about 'le lieu de fantaisie'? That is the fanciest restaurant in all of Ponyville".

 

Lasher was stalking about. He was getting tired and wanted to leave, so he flew into the air and left Ponyville. "I have to do something with my life. I can't just sit around and do nothing. But what to do? Fighting is the only thing I know. I'm a trained assassin. I'm stealthy" Lasher pondered while flying, keeping himself close enough to the clouds for cover from both below and above.

the image reappeared, and took the form of celestia. "sorry i had to lie, i saw no other way of getting past the guards. I need to speak to bloodrop and vi, it is of utmost importance."

 

Elegron was looking through a modified memory orb to watch his decoy/prank. His horn glowed and the image became solid. "heh, now if they kill her they'll think they actually killed celestia. although whatever happens, im done with that trick for now, i have more important things to worry about" elegron came back to reality, and trotted over to the camp. Strawberry lemonade was busy fixing Cryssi up.

"welcome back to the living" Elegron smiled at dash's comment and approached cryssi. she was starting to wake up. "hey cryssi, whats up?"

Darkeye looked behind him and facehoofed. "He never learns, does he?". He trotted over to the fake Celestia. "If Celestia really need to talk to the Blood Queen and Vi she would go over there herself. She would not need an escort, especially not from Ponyville. If she actually wanted escort, there are other towns closer to the capital. You are really bad at playing her, aren't you Elegron? My family knows how Celestia was. She would have went on the offensive and taken the Blood Queen down. She does not tolerate enslavement or dictatorships. That is what she did to my ancestor Sombra although she needed her sister and the Elements of Harmony to actually defeat him". Darkeye jumped into the air, performing a Fallen Caeser Style strike into the Mirror Image's neck, dispelling the magic.

The magic reappeared for the last time, this time it took the form of bloodrop. The only difference was, this one was fat. "Darkeye! I told you to bring me more food!" She waved her hands around before falling over laughing and losing the "extra weight" She jumped over him and landed behind him "you should see the look on your face!"

Darkeye was now mad. He performed another Fallen Caeser Style strike and this time he aimed at the heart. The Mirror Image was dispelled again. "This is why you don't deserve to be a leader you little prick. Playing pranks like a little foal. This only serves as a grievous insult. There will be a retaliation". 

 

Lasher flew above and could see ponies below. He saw Cryssi, Elegron and the rest. "Well aint that interesting" he said to himself.

The voice returned, and discord appeared."oh how amusing it is that you think I'm Elegron, im truly flattered." Came the all too familiar voice. "Your so caught up in the past that you can't even accept who I truly am. And don't say im a fake, because that's exactly what you would think." He slapped darkeye with a fish, then vanished with a flash.

 

Elegron couldn't stop laughing at the prank. Then he had an idea. Why shouldn't discord be back? He knew his personality and with the spell combined with Elegrons powerful magic he could create an almost exact, although not quite as powerful, discord. He could use images to manipulate the omnipotence, then side with said discord.... Yes... This plan was perfect.

Cryssi shot awake, she had not remember passing out. As soon as she was up, Zac knocked her back down and started nuzzling her. "Hey Zac. I'm ok. You don't have to worry anymore." She looked down at the job one of the mares had done for her, it was basic and would need medical attention very soon to stop infection and further damage. "Thanks for this, but I need a hospital. One that can do surgery to fix the ribs correctly. Do you know where the nearest one is? Preferably one not under control of the WPS."

 

(To answer Elegron's question. The S in WPS means society.)

"Nope sorry cryssi, were in the middle of nowhere, and you can't travel very far right now, but Greenleaves is on her way. Speaking of which here she comes"

"Hey cryssi, Elegron told me about you" Greenleaves said, carrying medical supplies, then she got to work [medicine 100/100]

Lasher landed harshly on a big rock that stood out of the ground next to the ponies. Cracks formed on the top of the rock. He had his aim locked on Elegron with his Anti-Machine Rifle and also ready with grenades. "Tell me why I should not pop your head off right now? If you think you are in a superior position with superior forces, your wrong". He watched everyponies movements.

"Because I know you are not too fond of bloodrop. We share a common enemy. That is why. Also you are alone and stand against 4 ponies, and 3 of them have proven time and time again that they are more than capable in a fight. But that's neither here nor there, I assure you we are not enemies, but possible allies" Elegron looked at cryssi "and we are trying to heal an injured pony."

"Like I said, numbers would not save ya. But perhaps I'm not in a shooting mood and what you say concerning Blooddrop is true, but I'm not exactly fond of you either. Nor am I fond of the half-breed that keeps on tracking Dark Horn. Oh yeah, I know who that is. Him and Rave were very close. Never allowed me to hear what they were discussing though" Lasher lowered his rifle. "I could shoot you all in mere seconds, but I guess I will have to save that for a later date". He jumped of the rock landing near the group.

Disbelief on my face as I hear what he says, "Really? What about Ponyville?" Taking one look back at city hall, "Never mind, It can run itself for the evening." Smiling now, "So when is the reservation? I assume the kids are already taken care of if your offering this now." Taking a deep breath, "Okay, first off, I should have been able to see past that Elegron clone. Now I feel stupid. You are going to give me a heart attack one of these days you know being this gorgeous and handsome." Kissing him passionately now. Stares are coming from the local ponies now along with some wolf whistles. "Normally kissing in public does bother me, but oh scre.." Delving into something exotic until Slasher clears his throat, "Ms. Mayor and Honorable Judge, Please move on with your afternoon." Backing off now slightly blushing, half laughing. "Right. Professionalism and all that right? Lets go babe." Leading him away toward the city hall.

"Discord" reappeared near the couple "oh I do wish you good luck on your date. I can't imagine something happening to disturb you two..." He curled his tail around them before teleporting a few feet back "now if you will excuse me I have to deal with a certain stable dweller" he struck a pose before vanishing.

 

"So what did you want to talk about? I assume your here for a reason" Elegron said to lasher.
