"Thanks." Cryssi broke the hug after a short amount of time had passed, she savoured the moment that part 2 of her plan was complete. Not longer after, Zac managed to find them. He was rushing and giving off inconsistent noises of panic. "What is it Zac? What have you seen?" He began drawing symbols in the dirt, a little language they made so that Zac is able to talk with her. "Mind. Your mind, and attack. This one means ghost. So a ghost just tried to attck your mind? Are you sure you have not just eaten some of my herbs again? Fine Zac, if you feel it happening again, we are going to a shaman. Stay close to me for now. Don't go out of my sight."

"So what have been up to recently, I only seen Vi since Elegron visited and even she wasn't awake for much you know?" empathy in my voice now.

"Hello jack." He thought "I figured it was you. I felt something. Also congratulations on coming out of the closet, but I'm not into you" he joked, mentally smiling.

 

"Yea, jack is a strange guy for sure. After I fought wade, the battle was over and I had won, but jack came and killed me because I was already almost dead from the fight, then he ate my brain. Now he's come back as a ghost because at one point he died." It didn't even occurs to Elegron just how odd that sounded.

Strange red lights appeared inside the ruined office of Twiligth Sparkle in the Ministry of Arcane Science hub in Canterlot. Then darkness started to surround the office. A hiss could be heard "Dark Sunnnnnnnnn" the voice spoke of Darkeye's and Rain's unicorn son. "He'sssss readyyy". There was a dark laughter and then the office exploded and the whole Ministry Walk was set on fire with fel fire. The fire was green and poisonous. 

 

Darkeye felt a shiver. "Father". He then thought about his son as he received flash memories of him. Something was invading his mind. 

 

Lasher was walking with Greenleaves as he did not want to walk around with all the zebras giving him hateful glances. One zebra crossed his path and stood there still. He tried to go around him but the zebra moved to block his path. Then the zebra kicked him and forced Lasher to take back a step. Lasher swung up his Anti-Machine Rifle and pointed at the zebras head. But when he looked at Greenleaves he could see it in her eyes. He put down his rifle and strapped it back on his back. He stood still. The zebra bucked him in the face and then moved. Lasher felt like he had been head butted by a Big Horn.

"So, you want to risk your life for the pleasure of riding a Scorpion? Well, you came at an ok time. We have a Giant Scorpion and an Albino Radscorpion up for taming. The Giant will be easier, but weaker and not so smart. The Albino I'd better in every way, but is much more difficult to tame as it's much more aggressive and deadly as neither of them were born in captivity. Which one would you like more?"

"You know what I say you, guys, dead person. These herbs clear the mind. Let's see if this works for ghosts also." Cryssi took a large puff of her herbs and they took effect on her mind, and with her will power, she succeeded in pushing Jack's spirit out. The herbs had sent her own mind to another world as well, so she just said what ever came to mind now. She turned to Elegron and spoke, her speech slightly incoherent. "Does anyone ever tell you, how cute you are?"

 

Zac just made a growl noise and in symbols wrote 'She's lost her mind' Maybe Elegron would understand, maybe not.

The remaining Dragon Slayers and Vi moved to ministry walk to see what had happened, they did not get too close as the damage was incredible.

 

Felkan: "I haven't seen this much Dark Magic since the last time I visited Tenpony tower, and was assaulted by a spirit. Say clear of this, we don't know what it is, and I don't think we can fight magic without a Unicorn."

A shadow appeared in front of the racing ponies. "Dark Sunnnnn. We finalllyyyy meetttt. I am heeerrrre to teeeaacchh youuuu". Dark Sun was picked by dark magic and he was pulled towards the shadow. Dark tried to escape but he could not fight the magic. Violet tried to help but she was thrown back. Darkeye appeared and crashed into the shadow, however, he went straight threw. "Please, don't take, please don't hurt him. Leave my family alone". There was only a hiss and the shadow started to fade along with Dark Sun. Then they were gone. Darkeye fell to the ground crying, having failed.

WPS Justicar: "What the hell was that? Get Kalus down here. Send a message to Tenpony. We need him ASAP. Darkeye, by our Queens name I sware we will track this thing down And get your son back. Where the fuck is a messenger? Get one now."

 

WPS messenger: "You called?"

 

Juaticar: "Go to Tenpony tower and inform Kalus that he needs to get his flank to ponyville right now."

 

The messenger flew off towards tenpony. "We will get your son back Darkeye. I promise, and if that's not enough I can get the Queen herself to promise it. This will be resolved soon."

Greenleaves reacted to the assault on lasher, pinning the zebra to the ground. "Can you not forgive and forget the past? He's changed. How did you feel when your kind has been enslaved and slaughtered for something that happened 200 years ago? I know it's not the same, but what will hurting him do? Nothing. If anything it will just make things worse, so please, put the past behind you" she got off the zebra and helped him up.

Cryssi just sat still, taking in the image of Elegron's body. She liked it. A lot. Zac could see that Cryssi was not thinking straight, and pulled her away for a 'chat'.

 

"What is it now? Can't you just let me have some fun?"

Zac: 'You are out of your mind. Stop flirting with the enemy.'

 

Cryssi: "Well fuck you. You have a point, but I'm not stopping. It's fun."

 

Zac: 'Stay in line. Or the Blood Queen will have your head. I don't want that to happen.'

The messenger arrived outside of Tenpony tower. For 10 years this place has been haunted by a Spirit of Vengeance, how could anyone live inside this place with so much powerful dark magic about. The messenger rang a bell and a masked Unicorn materialised in front of him.

 

Kalus: "Speak quickly pony. I was busy with my Kin."

 

Messenger: "You are requested to come to ponyville right now to trace and destroy dark magic that has kidnapped a filly."

 

Kalus: "I shall be their soon. Leave."

I will teach you the arts of dark magicccc and blood magiccc. You shall become the Wastelandssss most powerfullll sorceror. Non shall withstand yourrr might". "Will I be able to see mommy and daddy? Vi and Night? Can they come and watch?". There was a long pause as Dark received no reply, then. "I'm afraiiidd not. Theyyy wouldd onlyyy distraccctt you". Dark looked sad. "Where are we?". Kalus arrived in ponyville within minutes of receiving the message. Magic teleportation really allows fast travel. Ponies gave him a strange look and kept their distance from him. He approached Darkeye.

He closed his eyes and focused on the source. He saw a glimpse of rave. Then rave turned to him, eyes glowing, and he was sent back to reality. "Hmmm, that's not a good sign...." He thought.

 

Cryssi saw he started spacing out.

"Hey, what's going on with you? Are you thinking about something?" She put her hooves around him in a friendly manner, still completely out of her mind high. "What are you thinking about so hard that you started to zone out like you did? Must be quite important to make you think like that."

Current location, unknown. Current strength, unknown. Motive, unknown. Recent activity, explosion in Canterlot and Kidnapping in Ponyville. Thank you for your help. We've been reading books, been training with magical artifacts and training with spells. I can't do much more". "The Crystals never give up. Do you think your ancestor Blackforest winced when Sombra was training him? Do you think your ancestor Blackthorn wince when he was being trained? No. But I guess I shall take it easier on you. You have not been educated enough about our family line. Allow me to teach you about our families history now. Let me start with Blackthorn as he was the most recent great leader of our House and the one who had this stable built. He was one of Twilight Sparkle's advisors and the one who developed Project Hellfire. He managed to create many projects under Twilight's very nose as she was very busy. He also managed to built up a strike force, intent on taking back the Crystal Empire for the Crystals once again by using the confusion of the war. However, he also so the threat the zebras posed and put everything he had into developing all kinds of terrors to stop them. Many projects that he had ordered were canceled by Twilight. He nearly got fired, however, there was something between the two of them. I don't know what, but I don't like that part. So you won't be learning that as it is irrelevant". Rave kept on talking, teaching Dark Sun about the Crystal history.

"Yea... Apparently raves back. Ugh, war is so stressful...."

"I can help with that" dash out a hoof on elegron's shoulder and gave him a very familiar look.

Elegrons mood completely changed. "Soon. We still have a few hours before you have to leave, we can sneak away for a while" he said grinning. then he blushed, remembering that cryssi was still there.
