A good idea would be...try to prevent us from separating. I think that made it a bit hard for some people, because a few of us were up and active after some characters had already gone to sleep...they didn't know when "morning" would be, so they just didn't respond for a long time.

Also, last time, there were some miscommunications with regards to what we had with us and what we could remember. Just make sure everypony is I n the loop before we start.

 

(Also, I remember one pony was...hunting for some reason? Even though horses are herbivores...that was werird).

 

And remember, as GM, it is your duty to move the story along. Because we don't know what's around us, but you do.
