I would laugh so much if Cody Rhodes won at WrestleMania 40 and then  Tomasso Ciampa shows up and takes Cody out with The Fairytale Ending.

I feel like this is a version of the  "Yes movement-esque" storyline to get Cody more sympathy and everything will end up working out.

They aren't that forth knowing. They want the box office from their board member and to have Cody vs. Seth III to bolster the neo-WHC. So that it is not the cracker jack prize everyone knows it is.

As someone who lives not too far from Philly. They need to fix this situation with The Rock NOW before Wrestlemania or they're not gonna like how it goes in Philly. We don't play around here and a lot of these people not from this area showing up to Wrestlemania are in for a very rude awakening. Philly can be insane and they better have enough security to compensate.

I feel like this time WWE is doing this on purpose.

I know what they're saying about Dwayne demanding the Roman Reigns match but the fact they acknowledged the anti-Rock chants on Raw makes me

think they've had this planned for much longer than all of the dirtsheets are saying.

If this was WWE's plan from the beginning, why have Cody Rhodes win the Royal Rumble back-to-back etc. if none of it mattered in the end?

Because it wasn't planned from the beginning. The Rock wasn't a TKO board member till just before the rumble and thus didn't have the sway. Now that he has power and now that the board and the investors have their big name, they think The Rock will make them more many than the American Nightmare. WWE want you to think this was the plan and not them failing to read the room. They just have the hindsight to run with it this time. And it's working. Love it or hate it, people are now paying attention. Like easy E said: Controversy creates cash.

Definitely Revolution. Haven't missed an AEW PPV and I ain't starting now. Bucks vs. Darby/Sting in the main event, hopefully for the tag titles. Edge vs. Christian in probably TLC. Roddy vs. OC (or maybe Ishii), Toni vs. Perazzo, probably Eddie vs. Danielson III, and I'm guessing Joe vs. Swerve vs. Hangman. They've got the time to build an excellent card. 

One that could be made even better thanks to AEW's budding relationship with CMLL. People are now talking thanks to last weeks Rampage & Collision. They want more Lucha. And they could get it next month.

Yes. But they've been discussing Cody/Roman nearly as long. The difference is Cody has bee here putting in the work and tearing his PEC doing it. Dwayne has not.

Huh. I thought Reigns vs. Rock had been the plan for years, even before Cody Rhodes returned to WWE.
