I can't find the 'tool bar' to add pictures emoticons even though it says there would be one when you post on the help section? Is it because I'm a blanc flank?

No is it because I'm using an iPad insted of a computer cause I definitly don't see that!

Apple's mobile devices seem to have this problem, but I just found a way around it.

If you're using Safari, try tapping the URL bar at the top. When you see the keyboard and your frequently visited websites, scroll up. Tap "Request Desktop Site." Then, try posting on the topic. The toolbar should be there with everything on it. It is for me.

@Dawnsparkle, 's solution is the best suggestion to bypass the limitation on the default rendering issues on safari mobile.
