request Help Overlaying Images?

Hello, I currently don't have the proper software to do this. It would be very kind for one of you to overlay these two images:

Background layer:

Top layer:

I appreciate any help I can get. They are to be used as a cool desktop background. I hope you can help! :derp:

Here's the basic version:

The above took me less than a minute using The GIMP, which can be downloaded for free.

 

The frog doesn't really stand out very well, so I added a while glow:

As an alternative, here's it with a supernova effect instead of the white glow:

The frog picture itself isn't very big.

 

So I scaled down the background to make sure the frog took up a reasonable portion of the image.

 

The alternative would be to scale up the frog, but then you'd lose quality on it.
