He does have a slave collar. He could have been a slave they got. And now the explosion could have damaged the collar and he could have thought the ponies that technically owned him were trying to kill him. He would know the collar can No longer be remotely detonated. His means of escape came at their loss.

That is actually perfect. The frequency transmitter to the slave collar on greshken, which is owned by the ponies you are currently battling (Still not sure who they are. Enclave? Raiders?) was destroyed in the blast. Greshken then realizes he can turn against his captors and seizes the oppertunity to suprise them while they are still in confusion and dont see him coming.

 

Greshkens fighting style is very simple. Once you are in range of his hammer, you pretty much dead unless your agility is like 9 and you can dodge all his attacks. It's around 150 dps he's dealing out at that point, and with his DT and HP, you wont have enough time to take him down. Best way to stop him is a lot of explosives, or very long range-high damage weapons such as gauss rifles or sniper rifles.

 

But now that his captors do not see him coming, and they are all too distracted by you guys, he can close the distance between him and his enemies quick enough to attack them Greshken can turn the tide of this fight and help you guys, and he'll be thankful towards you for realeasing him.

@Scribblegroove They're a new faction I introduced known as Salvation which goes hand in hand with this virus I(other undisclosed characters) implemented into the wasteland. Their belief essentially is that the virus is the salvation of the wasteland and it's their job to spread it. Also, they aren't slave traders and don't really take in slaves but I'll let it pass if you're gonna use that for an intro, and btw if you come into contact with the virus you're pretty much infected if you don't have a mask or something.

 

Also am a bit iffy about the agility statue, not sure whether or not that +1 should be applied to the whole group or not.

Hmmm...how about it be only one the carrying character for now and make it group wide when placed on the stand for the statues.

About the agility thing, how about all characters eventually get the oppertunity to permanently increase a SPECIAL like that? For a brief moment Aurora's character might be the only one with the advantage of a +1 to his agility, but later on all other characters will get a chance to increase a SPECIAL in a way that is appropriate to their background.

 

Thats just my idea though. I'll be posting now by the way.

EDIT: I posted, here's the calculations for the damage:

 

Melee sneak attack x5

Vats melee bonus x2

Psycho damage bonus x1,2

 

Base damage per hit on critical: 118 (100+(45*0,4 because of heavy handed trait which reduces critical damage)

Multiply the critical damage: 118*5*2*1,2= 1416

 

Even if the Sneak attack doesn't succeed and the commander notices him, I doubt he will be able to survive unless for some magical reason he dodges the attack (which he has a slight probability for)

 

If you don't want the commander to die just yet, you can deus ex machina him out of there though I just wanted to go all out and show what Greshken is all about. (this stuff happens in the real game ALOT XD)

Let's just say Greshken was their source of entertainment the last couple of months. Gladiatorial imprisonment is no joke, but it does make you a lot better at fighting :3

If so is the armor of the pony chip is looking at still intact since he was gunned down before his helmet was put on?
