Hey defender, mind if I have an item for sentimental value. It's the element of loyalty but it is missing its gem. Without the gem it is just a normal necklace. Dashia has it as a family heirloom.

The reason am asking is because don't know if the elements were returned to the tree or not and if he wanted to keep the gems in their settings. That why I asked.

I don't want to hinder a posible story element by having something I shouldn't.

I don't think that was a thing in the story :wacko:

Should be alright, it's 200 years later so somepony was bound to dig them back up :P

Maybe it's a replica of the element but Dashia doesn't know it's fake? Or maybe it's a medallion rainbow made as a reminder that she used to represent an element.

 

Of course only the gemstones have been set into the tree of Harmony, so the necklace itself should be fine.

A bit of slice of life is ok. We've had action just a few days ago, we've spiced it up with a little romance. We're delving in a bit of grimdark at times and we'll be going back to adventure once Defender advances the plot.

A fake gem in the original setting. The element necklace was only a focus until they were ready for its true power. That may actually be an end for my chara. She learned about loyalty to become its next bearer. It is posible sense the light was gifted directly to the ponies themselves.

She may have the light of loyalty coursing through her vains and not even know it.

It just an idea about dashia that Defender can play with. But a test of her loyalty is a must for it to awaken. Her loyalty to new friends.

Well Twilight becoming an Alicorn at all is what kind of killed the potential canonicity of FoE with the Elements being returned to the tree being the nail in it's coffin.

 

I'm not sure if that should be approved or not, but by the alternate future's rules, it's still a definite that the Elements themselves are with Spike.

You could certainly have loyalty as your virtue, but just going by the FoE canon, we know who ends up inheriting the Element of Loyalty itself.

I say still go for it because it'd make sense for rainbow's setting to end up with family.

 

If I had to choose an element chip represented it'd be generosity :P

 

But if we really ended up having to hunt down the elements and their settings then it would only benefit us some

I've been getting more into writing fanfics, mainly MLP since it has such a deep pool of creativity to pull from.

I'm good with character and story concepts, so if you need help with a fanfic or something feel free to Private message me

But don't be hurt if I have to decline if I'm tapped out for a bit. Otherwise I'm fairly good at it just sometimes I have to let my mind subconsciously think of some ideas.

We're not strictly going by FoE canon. It's more like we took a point, and is going to be mostly canon up until then. What happens next is up to us, not what the lore says (though we can use elements from it)
