Wow, I just realized how DARK i could make this rp, and I think I just might...

 

This makes me slightly nervous as to what's to come  :unsure:

I'd say depends on background, depending on how experienced they are. Because being lvl 1 with a bunch of 9s would make them feel underpowered compared to the rest. 

 

I'd say stating point to start with would be 4 or 5, unless they have no experience as a character.

not sure of you've noticed but we are actually closing in on level 12 right now. page 39=lvl 12

 

 

Have you looked at my character a few pages back? I made her sheet to be lvl 12, since Greshken jumped in at the same level as well.

 

I could also change my character slightly to make her an antagonist :)

I found an easy way to find out if you've inspired someone. If their eyes are shining, you know you're doing it!

Holy sh*% we're level 12? I looked at your character, playable considering it takes 2 hits to kill her (dark souls joke, don't expect you to get it :/)

Just a bit iffy cause of the stealth suit, this isn't the one from NV that makes you invis, right?

Its a prototype version of the one you find in old world blues. It gives less DT, but is light instead of medium armor.

Anyhow, I'm going to bed, we can settle this suit thing tomorrow, you're free to make your post with your new character if you want, though their might be a few edits needed here and there.

No, it doesn't. In the DLC old world blues there is a suit that helps you remain hidden. It gives you a 20+ Sneak bonus that can surpass the 100 Mark if yoi already have 80 or higher. A chinese stealth field suit makes you invisible and gives you +100 stealth, which is indeed op.

Darn it. Didn't see anything pertaining to my request for some quest perks. I will list them and their effects.

 

1)Pitt Fighter

 

Ranks: 1

The vicious fights in the Hole have left you stronger. Both your damage and radiation resistances have been increased by 3%.

 

2) Booster Shot

 

Ranks: 1

Medical research from the Pitt has improved your life. Just try not to think of what it may have cost others. Your radiation resistance is improved by 10%.

 

3) Touched by the taint 1

 

Exposure to the Taint has altered your physiology. When under the effects of advanced radiation poisoning(400+ rad points), any crippled limbs automatically Regenerate. You are now 40% immune to the negative effects of Radiation sickness/taint.

 

 

Listing these for the rest of touched by the taint Set.

 

1. Touched by the Taint 2

 

Exposure to the Taint has altered your physiology. You do not take immediate damage from radiation. In fact, You gain extra healing while exposed to it. However, radiation continues to build up normally in your system. You are now 70% immune to the negative effects of Radiation sickness/taint.

 

 

2. Touched by the Taint 3

 

Exposure to the Taint has altered your physiology. You are 20% faster and stronger when basking in the warm glow of radiation. Your Action points/Flight points regenerate faster and faster the higher your level of radiation sickness becomes. Your lifespan has increases dramatically. You are now 100% immune to the negative effects of Radiation sickness/taint.

 

 

For the touched by the taint set. I can give backstory as to how she could have all three as quest perks. Just ask and I will give backstory as reason for having these 5 perks as quest perks. If not happy will give up 10th and 12th level perks for the other two touched by the taint perks.

 

These perks are from the rework of Dashia's background.
