She doesn't break out, she makes a deal with Equestrian government plus early release because of good behavior, so few years in rp time.

Also I so want to take the Chocolate Pearl, build a dock next to Scarlett's house on the spitt and then keep it there. I mean, if that's alright and Caramel only makes the deal once the 2nd rp starts.
