Radiant looked back at Icarus for a second trying to figure out what he just heard. He looked forward again at Mai. "Well your boss is right, even when I'm not at the best of my game I will keep trying to defend who I can." He said looking up at the ship. "Like I said we left them behind so they wouldn't lose their attitudes like last time."

 

Radiant planted his hoof in the ground as he kept his Attention on Mai. "I wish your boss told me of what a coward you were Mai, pointing the cannons at civilian homes instead of fighting me. You try to get us to bow before you by threatening those you know you can win against instead of those of us you know you have no chance with."

 

Radiant narrowed his eyes on Mai realizing he was playing a risky gambit here.

Mai giggle for a moment "You should have control over your enemies at all time,Boss told my what is your week spot.And with one simple week spot you can controle your enemis as you wish." Mai again looked around looking for others "You should call rest of your party,or I'll can give you a warning shot if you dont do that!" Mai was scared but didnt let her enemies see that

Blizzard then crawled out of the log and was nearing an empty box with two more nearby. "*snickers a little* Ok I'll get in that box over there...Tyra you take that one *points to a box 1/2 the size of the on Blizzard wants to enter* and Ticktock, you take that one, I'll toss Caliber into one." *notices pirate loading guards coming from 30 yards away* "Come on we gotta do it now! They're gonna load soon!" *tosses Caliber into a box and gets into his own* "Get in your boxes guys come on!" he said in a voice only his team could hear.

Radiant took another step forward "As I said the rest of my team isn't here, they are not the ponies you bring to a negotiation between Captains." He said looking back at Icarus for a second.

 

He looked back to Mai, "How about you leave the rest of the ponies in this city be, those that have joined you have already been branded traitors to Equestria as soon as their name was signed into your ranks." He stated, he hadn't given up hope on those citizens yet but he wanted to ease the tension some if not save some ponies. Radiant was also hoping his team was on board the ship by now.

Tyra followed Blizzard into the log, and listened intently to his instructions. The box she was directed to enter was half the size of Blizzard's.

A grumpy scowl escaped her. "Are you implying something?"

 

Before she could get an answer, he was already gone and into the box, frantically gesturing for them to follow.

Tyra wriggled out of the log and sneaked over to the smaller crate, hopping in and closing the lid.

"Ok ok im getting into the box already no need to bite my head of about it is there" As Ticktock clambered into the box he was still muttering saying stuff like "Airship" ,"Stupid Blizzard" ,"C$^&" ,"don't need them"  and "Atherblades" What all that meant only Ticktock knew but what anypony would be able to tell is that it wasn't pleasant.

Icarus could only give a small chuckle at Mai. " And you reveal part of the facade you put up for yourself..... so what did it ? What made you want to abandon normal life ? Is it because you didn't fit in ? You were too rebellious ? I'll tell you what...  It was that you could not handle life....so you found a way to avoid it ?" He asked her.

Blizzard and his team we're eventually hauled by muscular unicorns levitating them. They were taken, mistaken for cargo, and put away in the cargo hold. Blizzard looked out of a hole in his box and waited for the guard pirates to leave. then he whispered to his team, "Pssst....axe girl, Ticktock, are you there? We're in! Now we gotta get out and take this ship apart, by stealthily picking off their crew. Are you ready?"

Tyra kept still and felt her crate being hauled onboard the ship, landing with a heavy thud on the ground. A small grunt escaped her, but not enough to hear.

 

She perked up her ears at Blizzard's voice, and poked her head up from the box, lid against her head.

"Aye," she nodded, hopping back out of the crate and hopping on her hooves to get psyched up, "I am prepared to destroy these devils!"

"Well one can never be truly ready when attacking a massive airship full of evil pirates and might have a psychopathic mare on it so lets just say im ok with going out there although if we could take the ship with us it might be helpful" Said Ticktock Wishfully.

Blizzard froze his box door and and gently broke it, freeing himself, "Ok we're all here, but remember, we gotta be quiet, so we don't get spotted. Let's snap their necks, or stab them, something to kill them quietly and quickly." Blizzard opens the cargo door which leads to the room below the deck. "Come on, let's go, but stay quiet. *hides behind wall and sees one guard* "He's mine, *creeps up behind guard and snaps his neck after some struggle* ok, Tyra, you're next, go forward, and tell me what you see."

Mai looked at Icarus "Oncs she got to you,and ask you to do some thing..y-you dont say no." Mai was looking around "Load left canon side." She have taken big breath,and look at Icarus and Radiant "Get out from town now!You wont like what will I do if you dont,get out from here NOW!"

Tyra nodded at Blizzard's instructions, and followed him out the cargo room door. He took out a guard, quite quickly, and ordered her to go next.

 

She complied and trotted ahead, peeking out the room's doorway. A hallway was before her, a pair of guards with their backs to her, and a stairwell leading upward in front of them.

"There are some guards," she whispered to him, "with stairs going up. I will take these ones."

 

She sneaked up to the guards, and leapt onto their backs, a forehoof and hindhoof on each one. She used her forehooves to bang the two guards' skulls together, knocking them out cold.

"Um g-guys " stuttered Ticktock "I am not shore if this is the best time to mention it but I have no hoof to hoof combat experience so I cant really kill them I might be able to teleport them away but that is about the best I can do I am afraid" Ticktock says this in an extremely low and sad voice.

"What are you so scared of Mai ? What is that nagging  feeling in the back of your head that is terrifying you" Icarus asked, " What did she do to you ?  From what I heard, you were a proud, brave pirate.... so what did she do to bring you to your knees like this ? " ICarus asked, with a serious tone.

Blizzard saw Tyra and moved up behind her, "Ok, no problem, Ticktock you move up next and tell us whatever hostile forces you encounter, axe girl and I will be right behind you." Blizzard made a hoof motion telling Ticktock to move up, "Go, we'll be here for ya."

[Chip Circuit 1,842]

Radiant saw how Mai was beginning to lose her composure. "I knee it you fear her, well my team and I don't. That's why we will be the ones to put a stop to her, she isn't as powerful as she makes herself to be." Radiant stated as he used his magic to remove hus sword hilts from his bag.

 

He manifested the three blades and his sword slowly rotated around him. "if you release the order for those cannons I personally will cut you down, we were the ponies that held off the invasion a few days back for twelve hours. Your band of no more then 70 ponies will be no sweat. So please do us all a favor and hold that order." He stated glancing back at Icarus. "If you so much here the word fire activate the orb." He whispered back to Icarus.

"Noting,forget it." She again looked aroud "This is your lest chance call your frends out or il shot.You got 30 seconds" Mai looked at her airship "Is loading ready?Are we able to shot?" She stand quaitly for a moment and than started again "Good,aim for town" she than turned again on Icarus and Radiant "Tick,tock.."

" If you fire, I can promise that you will face something far more terrifying than your boss Mai.  If you fire, you will face what you like to just shove in the back of your mind and say " It dosent exist" or " It wont happen" .....  the dark corners of your mind will consume you... so do yourself a favor, and belay that order" Icarus said to her.

Tyra grinned proudly on top of the knocked-out guards, and hopped off them to join her team.

 

"Do not fret, my friend," she grinned to Ticktock, "if there is combat to be done, I shall fight hoof-to-hoof for the both of us!"

 

She stood aside and allowed Ticktock to move on, and take his turn to survey the next area.

Ticktock nodded at both Blizzard and Tyra saying "thank you my friends" He then snuck round the next corner and almost into the view of a patrolling guard he then snuck back saying "There is only one guard but he is patrolling the corridor. We need the fastest of us to go and ambush him. Maybe if we steal there clothing we can blend in and have total free will of where we want to go."

Blizzard replied to Ticktock, "Good idea Ticktock, but since you can't fight all that well, you take his clothing and blend in, we'll handle the rest." He then points to Tyra and then points forward, "Axe girl, you're the fastest, so even if he sees you, take him out quickly before he knows what hits him, but do it quietly got it?"

Radiant took another step forward. "Don't do this Mai, if you don't belay that order we will not hesitate to cut down every single one of you." He reaching the end of his patience. "I can tell you don't want any of this, you do not wish to be controlled by her. So why is a pony such as yourself allowing yourself to fall as just another pawn, you have the power here and now to change what will happen here."

 

Radiant took another step forward still keeping his stoic composure, remaining unwavered no mattered what.

"Aye," Tyra nodded, lowering down to prepare to pounce, "quietly, but effectively."

 

She broke into a fast sprint, managing to keep her trademark battle scream in for once, and made a beeline for the guard.

 

The guard perked up and glanced at her, barely able to react before Tyra socked him square in the face, knocking him out and making him collapse like a ragdoll.

 

She looked to her companions and gave a wide grin of accomplishment.

"wow that was amazing anyway ill take the clothes and try to make my way up to the bridge from there I can take control of the ship and help Icarus and radiant" With that Ticktock dragged the body out the way into a broom closet and put his clothes on. When he came back he said "So how do I look? Good? Anyway you ready for me to go or is there anything else you need?"
